Getting Started
1. Once the app is installed, go to the Configuration page. There, you have to enter your Zendesk Email, Domain, and Token.
2. To get the Token for the third field, go to your Zendesk account, click on Apps and Integrations on the left panel, and then click on Zendesk API, add API token. Name the token, click on Copy, and then click on Save. Now you can paste the token in the corresponding field and click Add.
3. Go to the Jira issue where you want to embed your Zendesk ticket, and click on “Open Zendesk” on the right panel. There you have to enter the Zendesk your ticket ID, and click Add.
And that's it, you will see your ticket ID, Subject Status, and Type there, and now you can share it with your team.
